WINDWORKS, LLC LIMITED WARRANTY

Your WindWorks wind turbine is warranted to be free from mechanical defect in material and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to controls, components and accessories nor labor involved in repairing or replacing the wind turbine. It also does not cover damage caused by misapplication, weather-related damage, or abuse of the product.

Any WindWorks wind turbine that becomes inoperative within the warranty period, due to defects in materials or workmanship, shall be repaired or replaced at WindWorks’ option free of charge. The inoperative wind turbine or wind turbine parts must be shipped, freight prepaid, to the WindWorks Factory within (30) days from date of failure. WindWorks will then pay freight back to you free of charge.

WARRANTY PERIOD-WINDWORKS WIND TURBINE COMPONENTS

The warranty period for all WindWorks wind turbine components is 60 months from date of installation.

WINDWORKS WIND TURBINE PARTS

The warranty period for WindWorks wind turbine parts is 60 months from date of installation.

IN NO EVENT SHALL WINDWORKS BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXTEND BEYOND THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTIES PROVIDED HEREIN.

WindWorks reserves the absolute right to make changes in specifications and materials and to repair or replace the WindWorks wind turbine with products of comparable quality and performance.
